I’m giving an update to my earlier overview. Total I’ve been extremely satisfied with Smith.ai, but recently Increasingly more phone calls are likely to Smith.ai’s voicemail or not getting picked up at all. I take advantage of CallRail on our backend and might see complete call metrics and obtain recordings of all calls. I’ve found quite a
